When all you want to do is enjoy the serene beauty of nature and the wildlife . . . there is an abundance of opportunities at your doorstep. You can canoe around the many marshes and islands on the lake or enjoy a hike or bike ride on our many miles of mapped trails.

Bring your camera to catch dozens of species on film. You can view loons, ducks, geese, muskrat, otters, moose, deer and at certain times of the year, thousands of wildflowers.

Hiking and Trails

We are located at the head of an extensive multi-use trails system consisting of 130 miles (208 km) of mapped and signed trails. With the co-operation of the Interlakes Snowmobile Club, South Cariboo Quad Squad and The Friends of Sheridan Lake Society these intricate trails have been mapped by GPS (global positioning system) and all routes have been designated by a number or a letter. Maps are available at our office. These are year round mapped wilderness trails and are used for hiking, mountain biking, dirt biking, ATVing, cross country skiing and snowmobiling.
